If you ordered a single product, we don't purchase tracking when shipping your product. Adding tracking information to a shipment would cost more than most of the products on the site! We only add tracking to very expensive and large orders. If you need assistance with your order, contact us.
Yes! If your order has not yet arrived within 20 business days (not including weekends) please check our order tracker to see the status of your order. If that doesn't help you, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours!
You should receive an email with a receipt from [email protected] after your order is placed. If you don't receive any emails from us within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still have not received anything, your order may not have been placed and you will need to contact us to confirm your order.
If your item is received damaged or not functioning, you may return the item within 30 days after receiving it for an exchange. Please contact us before sending the item back for the correct return address.
